Rules & Regulations :-

  • As an overseas education consultancy we do our best for the guidance of Students/parents/guardians to understand the education system and opportunities in different countries and meet all the rules and regulations of the host country with or without the relevant exams required such as IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, GRE, GMAT, SAT, OET where student intends to travel and study.
  • We do not perform any due diligence nor check or endorse genuineness of any academic documents submitted by students to us. It is the responsibility of students/parents/guardians to submit genuine documents and due diligence/verification of the respective courses should be done by international and national Universities/colleges to ascertain genuineness of documents submitted to us by students.
  • After getting Visa’s and travelling to the destination countries it is student’s/parent’s/guardian’s sole responsibility to manage him/her/their child or children with sufficient funds as may be required for lodging, boarding, travelling, miscellaneous expenses, etc whatsoever.
  • We advice students to buy Overseas Medical policy and International Student Identity Card (ISIC) for their personal safety and security benefits; in and event of unanticipated emergencies. In some countries purchasing student insurance in advance are compulsory and part of the admission and visa process.
  • Further it is student’s own choice and discretion to buy the student overseas medical insurance or ISIC cards for the host countries where it is not required. It is student’s responsibility to adhere to rules and regulations in the host countries while studying in universities/college’s and to attend regular classes as may be mandated by the universities/colleges as per their guidelines.
  • The tuition fees are to be directly transferred to the mentioned bank accounts of host universities/colleges from the students own or parents official bank account via Reserve Bank of India approved banking channel.
